Assistant Scientific Officer (ND0003)

Duties

The appointees will participate in a molecular neuroscience-related, and/or genetic-based research program(s).

Requirements

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or a related field with solid and substantial work experience; a master’s degree in an advantage. Knowledge on molecular biology, cell biology and biochemistry is necessary. Relevant working experience in clinical or hospital settings, biological sample processing, patient recruitment, or translational science is an asset. Self-motivation with the ability to work independently is essential.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience. Medical and dental benefits as well as annual leave will be provided. Appointment will be offered on a contract basis, renewable subject to mutual agreement and performance.
