Duties and responsibilities
The appointee will assist the Management in the administration of R&D projects. Duties include:
- Compiling research proposals
- Ensuring the research progress meeting the project plans
- Preparing reports for research projects
- Conducting literature search and IP applications
- Coordinating and liaising with internal and external parties on project administration activities
- Providing daily administrative support to related tasks
- Performing any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A PhD or master’s degree in life science or a related field
- For Senior Project Manager, the candidate should have at least 10 year’s relevant work experience; for Project Manager should have at least 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Self-motived, capable of working independently as well as in a team
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fluency in Putonghua advantageous
- Proficiency in all MS software
- Experience in the administration of government /NGO/ private foundation’s funded R&D projects by PR highly desirable
- Capability to meet deadlines
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience. Medical and dental benefits, as well as annual leave, will be provided. The appointment will be offered on a one-year contract basis and renewable subject to mutual agreement and performance.
