Duties & Responsibility
The appointee will assist the Management in the administration of R&D projects. Duties include:
- Ensure the research progress meeting the project plans
- Prepare reports for research projects
- Coordinating and liaise with internal and external parties on project administration activities
- Provide daily administrative support to related tasks
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in life science or a related field. PhD or master’s degree is an asset
- The candidate should have at least 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Relevant working experience in clinical or hospital settings is an asset
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as in a team
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Experience in the administration of government / NGO / private foundation’s funded R&D projects is highly desirable
- Knowledge in research project administration, biological sample processing, patient recruitment or translational science is preferred
- Capability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in all MS software
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience. Medical and dental benefits as well as annual leave will be provided. Appointment will be offered on a contract basis. (Duration: 2 years), renewable subject to mutual agreement and performance.
