PR and Marketing Officer (ND0070)

We are seeking an experienced PR and Marketing Officer to provide hands-on support across PR, branding, and marketing initiatives.

Duties

  • Develop high-quality content and materials for diverse audiences and channels, including press releases, website content, social media content, presentation decks, promotional materials, posters, brochures, and e-newsletters
  • Support the planning and execution of PR, branding, and marketing programs, such as press conferences, exhibitions, seminars, media briefings, and interviews
  • Handle press and media relations, including media enquiries, interviews, and media activities
  • Collaborate and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of PR, marketing, and branding programs
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, science, or business
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PR and/or marketing; experience in the life sciences or healthcare sector, public organizations, or universities is an advantage
  • A proven track record in storytelling, writing, and editing in both English and Chinese
  • Smart, mature, organized with pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details, creative, independent, proactive, eager to learn, and able to deliver high-quality work, and flexible to meet tight schedules
  • Possess excellent communication skills, media relations experience and network
  • Proficient in the design and production of marketing and publicity materials; basic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video production
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

Salary and Benefits

A highly competitive salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience in addition to medical and dental benefits as well as annual leave.
The appointment will be offered a two-year contract, renewable subject to mutual agreement and performance. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
